How to use this build:
Your Prebuff = Channeled, Cruxweaver, Treatise, Reconstructive Domain. (Vigor if you want)
Open with = Wall, Rune, Flail, ULTIMATE (Languid Eye), 2x Runeblade and then BEAM! then 2x Runeblade then BEAM
After that its kind of dynamic depending on the fight. So if you see something run out just reapply it as you notice it.
The most important thing to remember is to try keep 3 cruxes for the beam. You can tell if you have 3 by the little triangles around your toon, OR the beam's skill will start to glow. This is base game.
Just relax and have fun with it.

Above I have listed the recommended slottables. I have not done Green CP because I find them to be completely player preference. It's important to remember your passive champion points as well. These are quite often forgotten about in the rush to get your slottables.
