How to use this build:

This one bar build is a little different to other one bars. 
Buff up with Crit Surge

Place lightning flood where you want the pillars to spawn.
Mage's Wrath when their health is low to do BOOM damage! OR if you want to select where a pillar spawns you can cast this on an enemy.

Shield as needed

Shocking Soul is for your big guys such as Bosses, Marauders, and Fabled Enemies




OPTIONS:

IF your feeling a little squishy you can try a Hardening Enchantment on the staff, this will give you a shield with light and heavy attacks.

If you want more damage you could try a Poison enchantment on the Staff. (Maty thinks I'm crazy)

Don't stress SO much about having the weights perfect, its more important to just get the sets on to get you going.

Above I have listed the recommended slottables. I have not done Green CP because I find them to be completely player preference. It's important to remember your passive champion points as well. These are quite often forgotten about in the rush to get your slottables.
