How to use this build:

Vampires Bane and Degen will be your flex slots for this build if you want to add any skills for survivability. In general, Endless Hail and Poison Injection will be you "Weapon" Flex Slots, so if you run a greatsword, run Stampede/Carve instead. If you run a staff, run wall/shards instead. 

Static Rotation:

Prebuff: Meteor/Trap
Opening: Stampede/Power of the Light/Ritual/Solar Barrage/Degeneration/Vampires Bane/Carve/Puncturing Sweep/Power of the Light
Rotation: Power of the Light/Stampede/Ritual/Trap/Solar Barrage/Degeneration/Power of the Light/Puncturing Sweep x5/Power of the Light/Puncturing Sweep x5/REPEAT
Execute: At 40%, replace Puncturing Sweep x5 with 3x Radiant Oppression. At around 15-20%, you'll go through one more DOT reapplication phase. Below 10%, only Beam.

Dynamic Rotation:
Pre Prebuff (Optional): Degen/Vamp Bane on a Dummy. Reset. Dawnbreaker/Channeled Focus/Radiant Aura/Well/Swap Skills
Prebuff: Meteor/Trap
Opening: Stampede/Power of the Light/Ritual/Solar Barrage/Degeneration/Vampire's Bane/Carve/Puncturing Sweep/Power of the Light

Execute: 
- Start using Beam at 40%. At this point, only reapply Degen/Vamp Bane if you don't have Spell Damage POts Active.
- Don't cast Ritual below 30%
- Stop reapplying DOTs except Power of the Light below 15%
- Cast Beam only below 10%

Above I have listed the recommended slottables. I have not done Green CP because I find them to be completely player preference. It's important to remember your passive champion points as well. These are quite often forgotten about in the rush to get your slottables.
