Flex Skills: There aren't really any notable Flex Slots in this build, everything has a very specific use, but if you want to add another heal or shield to your bar setup, I'd probably replace Executioner or Carve on your backbar.

Prebuff: Shalks/Blast/Trap
Opening: Stampede/Reach/Ele Sus/Shalks/Winter's/Cliff Racer/Carve/Reach/Ult
Rotation: Reach/Shalks/Trap/Ele Sus/Reach/Blast/Reach x2/Shalks/Cliff Racer/Winters/Stampede/Reach x2/Shalks/Reach x3/Cliff Racer/Winters/REPEAT
Notes: Add Ult/Carve in whenever either is ready to be reapplied. Start using Execution in place of the Spam section below 20%, keeping up the buff Destructive Reach gives. Only use Executioner + Reach Buff below 10% once you get to the Spam Portion of the roto.
Dynamic Rotation:
Prebuff: Shalks/Trap
Opening: Stampede/Winters/Blast/Reach/Shalks/Carve/Cliff Racer/Ele Sus
Priority: Carve/Shalks/Reach Buff/Ult/Stampede/Trap/Ele Sus/Winters/Cliff Racer/Blast
Execute: At 20% and below, start using Executioner over Reach, assuming the buff from Reach is active. At 8% and below, only use Reach Buff + Executioner.
